Use manual:
Use by turning on and off the machine’s power switch. When the machine has started, use your hand to adjust the speed parameter button that requires the wrapping machine to operate, rotating from left to right. When you finish wrapping a product, use the Start / Stop button to stop the machine.
After not using, press Start / Stop to stop the machine, then turn the winding speed adjustment knob to the left to return to the minimum speed state. Then flip the ON/OFF switch to turn off the machine.

When operating the machine, we can use the foot pedal, which is a switch instead of the Start button and Stop button.
